2018 Edition of The Bridge

In its first year in September 2016, the event brought together nearly 60 post-war sports and racing vehicles on the greens of Bridehampton’s exclusive golf club, The Bridge, pairing amazing machines with an automobile inspired installation by artist Richard Prince. The inaugural gathering united the worlds of cars and art in a new and original way and paved the way for the following years, hosting up to 160 automobiles with an extended art component featuring revered galleries of Manhattan. In 2019, you can expect much of the same — but better.
The iconic setting is hallowed ground in racing history, home to the Bridgehampton Race Circuit which dates back to 1957 and the golden age of American road racing. One of the country’s most legendary and challenging tracks, the raceway held major international series attracting the likes of Mario Andretti, Richard Petty, Stirling Moss, Phil Hill, and Dan Gurney along with global press and wealthy racing enthusiasts. The events were enormously popular, and many collectors and enthusiasts recall traveling here to see the World Sportscar Championship, the Can-Am series, and even NASCAR.
Stuart Parr Collection taking part in the 2018 event, representing in spectacular fashion – included a stunning array of car and motorcycle classics, such as a trio of Iso Grifos, and an MV Agusta Autocarro transporter with no less than three unique classic MV motorcycles. In addition, a Straman Convertible Ferrari Testarossa, a one off Mercedes 560 TEL sedan by Caro and a one off Abarth 750cc Fiat Jolly
