Fiat 600 Multipla

This incredible custom coachbuilt is a variant of the 600 Multipla  produced specifically for VIP and dignitary visits to the Fiat Mirafiori factory, as personally ordered by Gianni Agnelli. The car is a coachbuilt one-off with incredible details throughout, specifically designed on a lengthened, widened Multipla chassis, in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably. 

There were no more than 5 Mirafioris produced, each with distinguishing features and details from one another, this example is car number 5.  The coachwork for this car was carried out by Carrozzeria Boano - whereas other such designed  examples were built by the renowned Carrozzeria, Savio.  As a result of the successful production of this special commission, Mario Boano was appointed by Agnelli as head of Special Vehicle Design for Fiat and worked closely under mæstro Dante Giacosa. 

Chief in the design is a spectacular removable panorama roof that was designed for easy removal and employed for inclement weather, for which there are several historic photos and documents.

Freshly out of a 2 year Concours level restoration, this extremely rare and special Mirafiori is spectacular in every respect.
