If the green frame Ducati 750SS of 1973 was a masterpiece, the 1976 750SS was an equally stylish tribute bike complete with updates. Most critics place it among the finest of all road-going Ducati sports models, although it was never road tested in the American press and there were few compromises when it came to emission controls or noise suppression.
Fewer than 250 of these 750 Super Sports left the factory and none were shipped to America in period. This is a two owner example, restored in 2015 by marque expert - it remains in superb condition.
